Q: How long are the courses?

A: Our courses range from 1 to 3-day intensive workshops:

  • 2-3 day courses: Extensive track time for those looking to improve significantly.
Our schedule ensures thorough learning without rushing.

  • Footwear: Comfortable running or walking shoes are required.
  • Prohibited footwear: Sandals, boots, open-toe shoes, heeled shoes, or platform shoes are not allowed.

Q: What is the minimum age for training?

A: Since training takes place on a private track, those under 18 can participate if they have experience driving a manual transmission. A parental waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
