Track Membership Guidelines

Eligibility

✔ Membership is designed for rear-wheel-drive sedans suitable for drifting
✔ Manual driving experience is not mandatory
✔ No minimum age requirement
✔ Members under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the applicable indemnity waiver
✔ All drifting activities are conducted on private property
✔ BBD reserves the right to refuse access to any vehicle it considers unsafe or unsuitable for drifting, regardless of whether it meets the stated vehicle requirements

Track Access & Usage

✔ Members receive unlimited drift track access during their active membership period, subject to availability and the fair-use policy
✔ Fair-use limit: maximum 6 hours of track usage per day
✔ Track sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
✔ All bookings are subject to slot availability
✔ Track access may be restricted during private events, Drift Days or other special events
✔ Unused track access does not carry forward after the membership expires

Vehicle & Paddock Rules

✔ Members are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is drift-ready and safe to operate before arriving at the track
✔ Seatbelts must be worn at all times while on track
✔ Additional tyres should be pre-mounted and ready before arrival where required
✔ One guest/passenger is permitted with prior notice
✔ One complimentary secure parking space is available for a member's non-street-legal track car, subject to availability
✔ Members may not modify, interfere with or use track facilities or equipment in an unauthorised manner

Support & Operational Fees

✔ Membership includes track access only
✔ Training, tyres, fuel and vehicle damage cover are not included
✔ A ₹3,000 + applicable GST support fee applies per booked session
✔ The support fee covers applicable operational assistance, including:

  • Trackside support
  • Wheel-changing assistance
  • Operational services

✔ Additional services or requirements outside the standard support scope may incur additional charges

Damage & Liability

✔ No vehicle damage cover is included with Track Membership
✔ Members are fully responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle or actions on track, including damage to:

  • Balola Motorplex property
  • Track infrastructure and barriers
  • Bad Boi Drifts property
  • Third-party vehicles
  • Third-party property
  • Any other property or equipment

✔ Members are responsible for all repair, replacement, recovery or other costs arising from such damage
✔ BBD is not responsible for damage to a member's own vehicle arising from participation in drifting activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded

Safety & Conduct

✔ Alcohol or substance use before or during participation is strictly prohibited
✔ Members must comply with all instructions from BBD personnel, track marshals and support crew
✔ BBD reserves the right to stop any session immediately if driving or conduct is considered unsafe
✔ Depending on the severity of the conduct, BBD may suspend or terminate the membership without refund
✔ Reckless, aggressive, deliberate or unsafe driving is strictly prohibited

Community & Events

Membership includes access to the BBD drift community and may include:

✔ Private Drift Days
✔ Member-only events
✔ Community activities
✔ Networking opportunities

✔ Access to individual events is subject to availability, event capacity and applicable event rules

Media & Content

✔ Photography and videography are permitted for personal use
✔ Members may share their own content on social media for personal use
✔ Bad Boi Drifts reserves the right to capture and use photographs and videos from training sessions, Drift Days and member events for promotional and marketing purposes

Membership Policy

✔ Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be paused
✔ Track access is available only during the active membership period
✔ Unused track access expires when the membership ends
✔ Pricing, schedules, operating procedures and membership benefits may be updated with prior notice to members
✔ Membership benefits are subject to the operating conditions of Balola Motorplex and BBD
