Training Membership Guidelines

Eligibility

✔ Manual driving experience is mandatory
✔ No minimum age requirement
✔ Members under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the applicable indemnity waiver
✔ All training is conducted on private property under professional supervision

Booking & Scheduling

✔ 1 Session = approximately 50 minutes, including briefing and session preparation
✔ Each session provides 30 minutes of active seat time; briefing, theory and coaching outside the vehicle are separate from seat time
✔ Sessions should ideally be booked at least 7 days in advance
✔ Sessions may be rescheduled if BBD is informed at least 48 hours prior
✔ Membership sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable
✔ A minimum of 1 session must be redeemed per day
✔ One guest per member is permitted during a session
✔ Unused sessions may be carried forward to the following month provided the membership remains active
✔ If a membership is stopped or not renewed, any carried-forward sessions must be redeemed during the final month of the membership
✔ All bookings are subject to availability

Training Environment

✔ All training is conducted using BBD drift vehicles only
✔ Training is conducted under professional instructor supervision
✔ Theory, briefing and coaching are separate from active seat time
✔ Instructors and support crew have full authority over training sessions and safety decisions
✔ An instructor may stop or terminate a session if they consider the driving or conduct unsafe

Damage & Liability

✔ Vehicle damage cover applies only to the specific BBD drift vehicle being operated by the member during training
✔ The vehicle damage cover is subject to the applicable exclusions under BBD's Terms & Conditions
✔ Members remain fully liable for damage caused to:

  • Track infrastructure and barriers
  • Balola Motorplex property
  • Bad Boi Drifts property
  • Any third-party vehicle or property

✔ Reckless, deliberate or unsafe driving may result in immediate session termination without refund
✔ Depending on the severity of the conduct, unsafe or aggressive behaviour may also result in membership cancellation without refund

Safety & Conduct

✔ Alcohol or substance use before or during participation is strictly prohibited
✔ Members must follow all instructions from instructors, support crew and track personnel
✔ Reckless, aggressive or deliberately unsafe driving is prohibited
✔ BBD reserves the right to stop a session or terminate a membership where safety is compromised

Media & Content

✔ Photography and videography are permitted for personal use
✔ Members may share their own content for personal use
✔ Bad Boi Drifts reserves the right to capture and use training and event media for promotional and marketing purposes

Membership Policy

✔ Memberships are valid for one calendar month
✔ Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be paused
✔ Unused sessions may only be carried forward while the membership remains active
✔ Any carried-forward sessions must be used during the final month if the membership is stopped or not renewed
✔ Membership benefits are subject to session and track availability
✔ Program schedules and pricing may be updated with prior notice to members
